The cutting method for making elbow is simple  

Elbow blanking method is;  First draw the side projection of the elbow to the actual size, including the seam line.  The installation wire divides each enclosed wireframe pattern into a separate pattern.  It can be cropped or drawn separately.  Take one drawing and draw on another piece of paper the center line perpendicular to it. Draw two horizontal lines that are parallel to the height of the drawing, perpendicular to the center line and exactly the circumference of the diameter of the drawing.  Divide the pattern vertically and mark it. Then draw the bisectors vertically into the expanded rectangle. Make sure that the points on the expanded diagram correspond to the points on the projected pattern.  Divide the drawing lines horizontally and pull them parallel to the points on the unrolled drawing.  The intersection points obtained on the expanded sample are rounded together to form an expanded curve.  The denser the bisector, the more accurate the curve, the more standard the caliber of the elbow released.  The bend radius, wall thickness and so on must be known to the elbow for discharging.  These are made according to the customer's requirements.
