Select the manufacturing method of seamless elbow fitting according to customer's requirement  

 

Stamping method: seamless elbow is made by expanding the tube end to the required size and form on the punch press with a tapered core.  

Forging method: seamless elbow in the production of type forging machine will be the end or part of the pipe to be stretched, so that the outer diameter is reduced, commonly used type forging machine has rotating type, connecting rod type, roller type.

Bulging method: seamless elbow in the production of a rubber is placed in the tube, with a punch above the contraction, so that the tube protruding shape;  Another method is hydraulic bulging, in which fluid is filled into the middle of the tube. The pressure of the fluid pushes the tube into the desired shape.
