Elbow can calculate the relationship between weight and wall thickness through the following formula, if the customer requires the weight to be controlled within 5%, then the tolerance weight of 5% can be obtained by the following formula!  

90 degree elbow weight calculation formula:  

= (od - wall thickness) x wall thickness x 0.0387x R/ 1000  

R is radian, which is the distance from center to end surface (MM) above the weight surface.  

Example: 10 "L/R SCH40 90 degree elbow  

= (273-9.27) x 9.27x 0.0387x 381/1000  

= 36.1 KG  

2. Weight calculation formula of tee :(for reference only)  

=0.02466x (S 1.5) (d-s-1.5) (3C-d /2)/1000  

C is main length D is outer diameter S is wall thickness
