Elbow manufacturers how to elbow appearance detection  

The detection of the company is mainly divided into: elbow should not have cracks and other phenomena, the surface should not have a hard point.  

Welding repair is not allowed for any defects in the elbow body.  

Elbow size testing: the company's related testing personnel shall carry out size testing according to the drawings and the relevant standard requirements of pipe fittings, and meet the tolerance requirements.  

Elbow surface treatment: the internal and external surface of the elbow should be smooth, without loss of strength and appearance defects, such as scars, scratches, heavy skin, etc. After defects are found, it should be polished, and the thinning amount at the polished place should be no less than 93.5% of the original wall thickness. The polished place should be smooth and confirmed by colorant or magnetic powder flaw detection until defects are removed.  

Nondestructive testing of elbow: after heat treatment of elbow, the personnel with relevant certificates of the company conducted magnetic particle and ultrasonic tests on elbow according to the standard requirements, and the test results reached grade ⅰ qualified.  

Identification of problems: use stencil brush or low stress impression to mark, the outer wall in order to clearly mark the content of the standard requirements.  

Elbow stacking and transportation  

Elbow in the transportation process in the transportation process can not contact with any part of the carriage, to avoid knocking.  

When the customer orders elbow pipe fittings in our company, each elbow product of our company will pass the above test and be transported to the place designated by the customer.
