Simple carbon steel elbow cutting method
Simple carbon steel elbow pipe fitting blanking method is through the calculation formula for blanking, carbon steel elbow is divided into push molding process and pressing molding process and welding molding process to make different blanking production. The shape of carbon steel elbow pipe is torus, which is a non-developing surface. In the actual configuration design, in order to facilitate the processing, we had to change to the method of section, and the torus is changed to cylinder.
Blanking formula of seamless elbow fittings: 90°R=1.5DN Blanking length of push elbow (mm) = outer diameter of elbow (mm) *1.5*1.57* outer diameter of elbow (mm)/outer diameter of pre-selected steel pipe (mm) + wall thickness of pre-selected steel pipe (mm) *3 This formula also needs to refer to the mandrel size of the manufacturer.
Seamless elbow shall be divided into T sections, the value of T is input with the actual number of sections, and the calculation is based on, both ends are calculated by half, the middle is calculated by one section, that is, the turning Angle of each section is A /(T-1). T should be an integer 3<=t<=30. The larger the value of t is, the elbow can be correctly processed and formed, but the workload cost increases. Generally, 15<= A /(T-1)<=25.
Carbon steel elbow pipe production steps: first draw the elbow side projection according to the actual size, including the seam line. Divide each one according to the line to the desired figure. Take a drawing and place the center line perpendicular to it on another sheet of paper. Draw two parallel lines along the height of the drawing, perpendicular to the center line, and the length is exactly the circumference of the diameter of the drawing. Bisect the vertical direction of the drawing and mark it. Then draw these bisectors vertically into the expanded rectangle just drawn. Note that the points on the expanded drawing must correspond to the points on the projection drawing. The diagonal lines on the drawing are divided into different sections along the horizontal direction, and drawn parallel to the expanded drawing and corresponding points. The intersection points on the expanded drawing are smoothly connected, which is the expanded curve. The closer the division is, the more accurate the curve will be. The better the finished bend pipe will be.
The Angle of carbon steel elbow pipe fittings can be divided into 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 60 degrees required by customers.
