The seamless elbow is a kind of pipe fitting used for pipe turning. In all the pipe fittings used in the pipeline system, the proportion is large, about 80%. Generally, different forming processes are selected for different thickness of seamless elbow wall. At present, the factory commonly used seamless elbow forming process is hot push, stamping, kneading and so on.
Seamless elbow is also called seamless pipe elbow or seamless pipe elbow. Seamless elbow pipe fittings can be divided into hot rolled (kneaded) seamless elbow pipe fittings and cold drawn (rolled) seamless elbow pipe fittings due to their different manufacturing processes. Cold drawn (rolled) pipe is divided into two types: round pipe and special-shaped pipe.

The blank of round tube should be cut and processed by the cutting machine, and the length of the blank is about one meter, and sent to the furnace by the conveyor belt for heating. The billet is fed into a furnace and heated to about 1200 degrees Celsius, fueled by hydrogen or acetylene. Temperature control in the furnace is a critical issue. After the round tube billet comes out, it should be perforated by the pressure punch. Generally more common piercing machine is the conical roller piercing machine, this kind of piercing machine has high production efficiency, good product quality, large perforation diameter, can wear a variety of pipe fittings. After perforation, the circular tube billet has been three roller oblique rolling, continuous rolling or kneading. After kneading, the pipe should be removed for sizing. The sizing machine rotates the steel embryo through the conical bit at high speed to punch holes and form the pipe fitting.
