What is the difference between a seamless elbow and a straight seam elbow  

The company simply introduce the difference between seamless elbow and straight seam elbow;  Seamless elbow is made of seamless pipe push system.  Straight seam elbow refers to butt welding elbow and straight seam elbow.  

Butt weld elbow has two welds, straight seam elbow has a weld.  Seamless bends have no welds.  

The characteristics of seamless elbow compared with straight seam elbow, seamless elbow has the following advantages: harmless health, light weight, good heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, good heat preservation, good impact resistance, long service life.  

Seamless elbow fittings have good heat resistance during use.  Good corrosion resistance.  When the working water temperature is 70 degrees, the softening temperature of seamless elbow is 140 degrees.  

Good corrosion resistance.  In addition to a few hydrogenating agents, can withstand the erosion of a variety of chemical media.  It has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, no rust, no corrosion, no breeding of bad things, no electrochemical corrosion.  

Good thermal insulation.  Due to the low thermal conductivity of the material, the thermal conductivity at 20 degrees Celsius is 021-0.24W/ Mk.  It is much smaller than steel pipe (43-52W/ MK) and purple steel pipe (333Wmk).  Therefore, seamless elbow heat preservation is good.  

High impact.  Because of the material impact strength performance of seamless elbow pipe, it is obviously improved compared with other solid wall pipe.  The ring stiffness is 1.3 times that of the solid wall.
