Our company mainly produces various types and wall thickness of stainless steel elbow, size head, pipe cap, head, flange and other pipe products.  

The following is a brief introduction to the production process of stainless steel elbow pipe fittings:  

Stainless steel elbow is characterized by corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature mechanical properties, corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, acid and alkali resistance, stainless steel elbow has excellent performance in fluid pipe manufacturing is a commonly used material.  So how is the stainless steel elbow produced?  

Stainless steel elbow processing steps: first of all, we mainly do is to cut the raw material pipe, according to the product center to end distance calculation, and then on the lathe for orderly cutting.  

Then, we cut the pipe on the ash, the role of the ash process is lubrication, to ensure the appearance of the pipe surface, if there is no ash, there will be obvious striations on the surface of the pipe.  After finishing the ash on the pipe, it comes to the pressing part, which is divided into mandrel push system and ball push system.  

After annealing, the elbow is heated to a certain temperature and kept warm for a period of time, so that it slowly cools.  Annealing is one of the quality factors that determine the molding of the elbow, which improves the mechanical properties of the hot-pressed elbow and reduces the residual stress.  At the same time reduce hardness, improve plasticity and toughness, improve machining performance.  

The next step is pickling.  Corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipe fittings mainly contains chromium and oxygen reaction, will form a layer of dense protective layer on its surface.  The role of pickling is to let this reaction occur in advance, improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipe.  In the process of pickling, oil stains attached to the surface of the pipe and other substances contaminated in production will be removed.  

Then the product is fully polished, using mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action, so that the workpiece surface roughness is reduced, in order to obtain bright, smooth surface processing method.  

Sandblasting treatment, the pipe products for a comprehensive sandblasting, wash the surface of the product, to remove burrs, it will also remove some rust on the surface.
