After annealing, the elbow is heated to a certain temperature and kept warm for a period of time, so that it slowly cools. Annealing is one of the quality factors that determine the molding of the elbow, which improves the mechanical properties of the hot-pressed elbow and reduces the residual stress. At the same time reduce hardness, improve plasticity and toughness, improve machining performance.
The next step is pickling. Corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipe fittings mainly contains chromium and oxygen reaction, will form a layer of dense protective layer on its surface. The role of pickling is to let this reaction occur in advance, improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipe. In the process of pickling, oil stains attached to the surface of the pipe and other substances contaminated in production will be removed.
Then the product is fully polished, using mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action, so that the workpiece surface roughness is reduced, in order to obtain bright, smooth surface processing method.
Sandblasting treatment, the pipe products for a comprehensive sandblasting, wash the surface of the product, to remove burrs, it will also remove some rust on the surface.
