How much do you know about elbow length calculation?
Hello, our company will briefly introduce the calculation of elbow length for you. For example, if the design bending length is 1.5D, the elbow length is the diameter of the pipeline 1.5 and the diameter of the pipeline is 4 inches. If the design bending length is 1.5D, the length of the elbow =4 inches *1.5=6 inches.
Elbow length calculation method:
Radius R= outer diameter x bending times
Perimeter PI R L = 2
Circumference ÷360× elbow degree +1= elbow length convenient CAD drawing procedures
Stamp height = center height + elbow radius, such as 1.5 times diameter 219 elbow stamp height =305+219/2=305+109.5=414.5.
Outer arc length =(center height + radius)*3.14*2/360* degree, that is, (stamp height)*3.14*2/360* degree, so it can be calculated that the outer arc length of 90 degree elbow = stamp height *3.14/2.
Inner arc length =(center height - radius)*3.14*2/360* degree.
The blanking length of the elbow = center height of the elbow *3.14/2* outer diameter of the elbow/pipe diameter +(pipe wall thickness *3)+ processing allowance, such as 180*8 pipe blanking, push 273 elbow, using the above formula can be calculated, blanking length =381*1.57*273/180+24=931.22mm+ processing allowance.
The calculation formula of the length of the elbow is R×1.57. In the pipeline system, the elbow is the pipe fitting that changes the direction of the pipeline. According to the Angle, there are three commonly used ones: 45° and 90°180°, and 60° and other abnormal Angle elbows are also included according to the engineering needs.
Pipeline refers to the transmission of working fluid in the hydraulic system. Compared with pipeline, pipeline is a reasonably arranged pipeline system. &
